With only one more Atari-Hasbro title left, Icewind Dale 2 Complete brings us perilously close to completing our awe-inspiring offering of epic, level 20, masterwork role-playing games.

[url=http://www.gog.com/en/gamecard/icewind_dale_2]Icewind Dale 2 is a computer role-playing game and the last title created with the Infinity Engine. The setting of choice is, of course, Faerûn of the Forgotten Realms, home to legendary tales and heroes beyond count. The mechanics come from the Third Edition Dungeons and Dragons ruleset, meticulously adapted to work in a real-time game. The story is just enthralling, good enough to compete with any fantasy novel. The dialogue is rich and enjoyable. The characters memorable. The combat satisfying and expertly paced. The game... An absolute masterpiece. If you don't have it yet - get it now. And if you've already got one... What's the harm in getting yourself a backup?

Drelmanes: Good luck everyone. I'm out. And plese, stop decreasing my rep points, whoever is doing this.
You're just switching to 'lurk' mode aren't you?

bazilisek: It's BaSS. Honestly it is. Don't believe me? You should.
Ok, I should...

But would I ever? =D

AndrewC: Ahaha! As I was talking on IRC some time ago, it's so easy to do a macro to redeem a code; fortunately I'm not that big of a jerk to actually use it.
Well, I think posting a few codes to choose right one is still the best way to avoid any macro use? I must say I was this time lucky, IWD2 was in first code I tried.

Also, I admit that I still prefer to get code as reward for something I've done (like break the code in yesterday's akwater's contest) than to grab it just by copy-paste.
Baldur's Gate II is the last game right? PLZZZZZZ.

If more than one bit of text is in pattern (if there's one more code) open x number of redeem tabs and use codes at the same time. Still fast as hell :D

Ugh.. I did not think of that.. o.0

What about changing of pattern of codes than? Like from 1234-5678-9012-3456 to 12-3456-7-890-123456 (or anything similar) to prevent auto copy-paste and introduce need to correct them manually?
Ok, I'll get in on this game

Not in any particular order:
3V9C
GO94
X2WF
X63R

Have fun modifying your macros to try all permumations before a real person guesses the correct order ^_^

Simple rewrite the script to check for a string of x length containing characters and hyphens, then format to correct format and submit.

Hate to say it, but if someone is using a script, they'll always be able to modify that script to cater for any attempt to break said script.

That's what I'm talking about - good job, kalirion! :D

Third try, and got it. Thanks! :)

Actually you can cram non letter and non number symbols in to your code in any random spots and it will still be recognized.
a bit too late :(

Now you're not just saying that so that others would stop trying while you keep on going are you ;)

Not, if giver of the code releases "special instruction for human" how to put code together, like kalirion did. :)

Yep, you can regex search for it pretty easily. Even if you just bold the stuff in a text and shit it can still be found.
