We are on Chromos - it is the year 345 of the New Age.

The Emperor Wars are now only legends; the catastrophe of Scayra seems forgotten. Under the leadership of an alluringly mysterious figure, the sect of the "Children of Haris" is founded on Merth. Its motto: Peace through War! Its goals: the dissolution of the corrupt system on Chromos and the establishment of the dictatorship by its charismatic high priestess!

This is how the story begins in [url=http://www.gog.com/en/gamecard/battle_isle_the_andosia_war]Battle Isle: Andosia War. It takes place in an archipelago which is divided into two kinds of islands. The titular Battle Isles are the ones which armies fight over and soldiers die over, the economic isles are to provide troops and support for the fighters on other islands. The combat system is the good old turn based combat mechanic, continuing the time-tested system from earlier parts of the series. The game economics have been rebuilt and improved, and are now real-time. There are quite a few resources to enrich the building of your facilities, research new units, and develop your economy even further! Troop training is also done via the economic part of the game and also takes place in real-time. All those preparations are just the appetizer before the armies get on the battle isles and the war starts! The magnificent 3D graphics create rich environments and bring a new tactical element to the Battle Isle series with Line Of Sight and elevation changing the ebb and flow of combat..

Grab the fourth installment (fifth if you count Incubation :P) of the great Battle Isle series, Battle Isle: Andosia War, DRM-free for only $5.99.

BTW, who does the cover art and most of the comic-style cutscenes artwork?

Anyone got the name of the artist in the manual?
