By looking at current Ubisoft discounts deal... I just want the Beyond Good & Evil, yet i don't get any discount on it because i want just that game. Now i know that this system encourages you to buy more games at once, but what has made in this case is sort of force me into not buying anything at all. Quite honestly i preferred the old system more and i actually bought more games before, than i do now with the new system. Sometimes i bought whole batches of them just because they were cheap and looked interesting even though i didn't have any specific need into buying that game. But now i usually think twice or three times before i make a final purchase decision. In the end, the sum that goes into the GoG pockets is usually lower than it was before...

Just my thought on this...

Erm what? BG&E is $9.99 usually - you still get $4 off.

In previous discount system you had 40% and 60% when you buy all with no steps between - so you will still have 40% for buying one game.
Now you have more % off for second game, in previous system you needed to buy all to get next step.
I think when starting position is 40% off it is very similar to previous system.

I think 40 to 60 % makes for some very good discounts no matter how much you buy. Much better than the similar sales that started at 25 %
I thought these are good. Makes me think twice if I want the game or not if the discount is not as big.
any Discount is a great Discount :)
be glad you get a discount anyway. will you go to a supermarket or an electronic store and say hey well darn where is my discount?

I want 1000% discount! :)
Ok look it is not like this is the new thing that appears every single week, it is just alternative sale method along with the other two.

1.you got the X amount discount you get for all the games no matter how many games you buy
2.you got the X amount discount where you have to buy all the games and get a smaller Y discount if you get less of them.
3.then you got this one where you get a bigger discount depending on how many you buy.

All of them have their advantages all of them work better for different people or don't work at all for different people. I don't see any reason to complain because like I said it is not like this sale method is taking over every week. I ended up only buying the Rayman games and I say I got a deal on them that satisfied me.

I have to admit that i've missed this little detail. I thought it was 5,99 to begin with.

For GameRager, stores pay him to play their games. He is ... the most interesting gamer in the world. "Stay nerdy my friends."
