Hi, good morning. I've been struggling with the GOG version of BG1 and BG2 for about 12 straight hours. I didn't see this question anywhere else, but if it's there, please forgive me, I'm very tired.

This (http://i.imgur.com/KP0QN.jpg) is happening after I:

- uninstall BG1 and BG2 (GOG version comes with expansions and pre-patched)
- reinstall BG1 and BG2
- install BG2 fix pack
- install BGT1.12

Some background on the situation is that this is about my 7th install. The FIRST and SECOND installations worked fine, but I kept tinkering with the widescreen mod which wouldn't let me go into windowed mode. I finally got windowed mode to work but in the wrong resolution. On the third installation, BGT stopped working.

Can someone please help? I'm ripping my hair out over this. Argh!!

PS - I did a system restore to 24 hours ago and the same problem is happening. I'm at a total loss.

Have you tried running CCleaner to sweep out both registry and temp tile crap?

Hmm... try unistalling BG1, BG2, fix etc with Total Uninstall (trial version is fully functional for 30 days). It should remove all traces of the game on your system. After that install it again.

You guys are amazing. I'll do both of those things. I kept thinking it had to be a registry item that was causing this, but there's no way I'd know how to find it or what to do with it. Thank you so much!
