So, I'm going through my old discs and find some Tomb Raider ones. I'm now trying to work out if I'm missing discs. So if any one anyone can remember anything about the following disc versions it would be appreciated. Note these were all purchased in the UK around the end of 2000/start of 2001.

1 - I have three discs which are red with a white chevron/upside down V shape on the bottom. They are labeled as the CORE Premier Collection. One disc is labeled Tomb Raider The Last Revelation, two as Tomb Raider III The Lost Artifact.

2 - I have a blue disc, with a lightening background and a picture of Lara on the left (wearing glasses). This disc is labeled as Tomb Raider Chronicles.

3 - I have one green disc with a fire like motif in the background. It is labeled as Tomb Raider Level Editor and is Disc 2.

Now, I'm wondering was the Premier Collection a 3 disc collection with just the two games in it? And is it likely that the level editor came with Tomb Raider Chronicles?

Does anyone remember these specific versions? Unfortunately, I do not have the boxes and have yet to locate the manuals (although I know I certainly *used* to have the manuals).

The Last Revelation is Tomb Raider 4.

The Lost Artifact is the expansion to Tomb Raider 3, unlike the expansion to 1 and 2 it wasn't free, and was sold as a disc.

Tomb Raider Chronicles is Tomb Raider 5.

Edit: Oh and the level-editor disc is probably.... the level-editor

I believe the Premier Collection was a budget re release version of games. Usually 1 disc and box each.

For example, Tomb Raider 4 :

I know Last Revelation was only one disc, I still have it on that very same label, same goes for Chronicles. Now the level editor is a different thing, you could use it on Tomb Raider 4 & 5 only (Last Revelation & Chronicles). So I am thinking what you have there is one of the 2 game packs from a good few years ago on a budget label.

I have vague recollections from a good few years ago of a set that included the 2 games on one of the budget labels, picture on the front was split in half horizontally with respective covers top and bottom. It fits together as the level editor can only be used on those 2 games in the series.

Check Mobygames. They have pictures of a lot of the discs. Here's a link to the first Tomb Raider's covers and discs: http://www.mobygames.com/game/tomb-raider/cover-art

Thanks for stating the obvious, but that wasn't my question.

The review you linked to, shows packaging that matches the first 3 discs. So I guess I may well have purchased those two as separate titles on that label.

Chronicles and the Level Editor disc do not look the same. The colouring and design are different. The only thing identical is the font used for "Tomb Raider". It's possible they are part of the same pack, but I would have expected the discs to match in design -- unless they were just cutting costs by pairing surplus mismatched discs.

Thanks. Unfortunately, none of those match the discs I have.
