metalkidz: EA Store is not permanent, your game download is only valid in 1 year. If you want download your game after 1 year registered, you have to pay more for service

I can still download everything just fine. I'm under the impression that EA use their own servers for storing the games and just use Digital River as the store front. But that's just a theory.

Gremmi: It doesn't even apply to EA Store games. I've got games on there from 2008 quite happily. That was their idea when it first launched, but it's not the case now.

Well I remember a 1 year download limit mentioned in the T&C's when I bought RA3 Uprising from there. It's possible they have changed that policy.
