How can I find out which game in my GOG collection was updated?
if you go to your Game List, there is a small red sign stating "updated" :)
btw: it is Space Rangers, which got the Reboot Expansion :)

Thanks, I noticed it now (for Space Rangers), though the sign is very small!
I was cursing that I missed the sale of this game.

When I saw the updated sign, I googled it, came to this thread and realised I already owned this game...

Now I feel I have a problem. I keep collecting, never enough time to play

The sign is very small and not there if you are using the list view. (like I use as a default) Why cant a click on the updated message sign take you to the game that has the update? I pride myself on having quite a bunch of games of gog and this feature is not helpful when you own more than one screen of games.
Suggestions for GOG: Make a red glow aroud the game box or use a red ribbon (like the green free ribbon on the free games).

This thread pops up every time there's an update. The 'updated' flag is way, way too small. It's quite sad that the 'free' flag is more noticeable.
The best thing to do would be to go straight to the updated game on the shelf when the myaccount/mygames button is pressed with an update notification.
Great suggestions! I hope GOG implements all or some of them so that those of us with large collections can more easily figure out which of our games got updated.
