It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

KOCollins: Sorry to hear. :\ Well, I'm all outta ideas (yeah I'm "bursting" with them, lol)...I hope you get it sorted out soon...I don't see how it being on a Mac would change things...Was it the first or last game you bought on GOG? Perhaps if you changed the list to: by purchase date or title it would pop up? Maybe it has something to do with your browser? I really don't know...I wish you the best of luck though Silinrun.

Silinrun: No worries, maybe when support gets back to me they'll have something useful to say. I'll be damn sure not to buy the game a second time... I already friggin did and its just dumb to have to pay for a second digital copy -facepalm- but I'm not even sure it'll work on mac, I got on mainly just to see if I could at all. Thanks for the replies anyway though, and for the luck.
Let me know if support hasn't gotten back to you when you're up and about in the States. It sounds like either the purchase declined, or else you were possibly logged into a different account when you bought the game. I've never heard about us dropping things from the shelves here before.

Silinrun: Okay, having looked further into it. It was defiantly bought on Gog.com. Paid for July 4th, and emailed support the full details. If I did save the email it would be on my computer in a text file. But thankfully my Mom wrote it down in her checkbook as she always does.
Have you heard anything from support yet?
Wait! I can play!

I'm sorry it's taking so long, unfortunately our backend doesn't have the kind of functionality required to find your order, using what little information we have. Our devs have been working on it fow a while now and I've gotten word from our main dev that the extra functionality will be up next week. I'm afraid that there's nothing I can do before that. :(

saramakos: Appreciate the feedback Firek.
I thought the "redeemed gift" email id would help but I don't know your backend databases so I can't really comment :)
Our server gnomes are notoriously fickle. I think they're on strike for better dental plans or something. Our apologies.

EDIT:
Ah, no. It appears they're on strike because they want more kobold-killing breaks. It's so hard to keep the gnome and kobold lobbies appeased. :(

Don't quote me on this, but the tool I need should be live on Monday.
Interestingly enough, I don't see any new e-mails from you. :O
Edit: No, wait, there it is! My mail program's search feature went lazy on me.

The tool I mentioned needs to populate our database with some data. It's being updated in real-time, but it needs to plough through terabytes of logs, starting with the most recent orders. It's got a low priority in order not to kill our servers, so it's going to take a while longer - right now it's somewhere around August, which is too soon for your order, as far as I recall.

I've got you written down on our whiteboard, right in front of my face, which means I'm checking for your order every other day, so you're not forgotten! ;)

Slyan: Why... in hell... I used this email address is completely beyond me. But your email (to me on Silinrun) spiked my memory. Sorry for all the trouble it caused >.< the game is there for this account, and while it was in the end not on Silinrun at least it ended up helping saramakos. >.< urgh and there we go. I was *sure* I had just registered a new account around the same time as I got it, I didn't even know I had Silinrun way way back in January. God, the epic feeling of feeling stupid.
Well, if it's any consolation, these things (having a game, or many games, on a long-forgotten account) happen to our users more often than you might think. ;)
