Just in time for Halloween!

The Basement, a maniac murderer movie with a claustrophobic setting and Dead Meat Walking: A Zombie Walk Documentary, focusing on the lively movement of playing (un)dead, are both available 50% off, DRM-free on GOG.com. That's only $2.99 for each until Tuesday!

In The Basement killer’s motive is unknown and the teenagers question why this is happening to them. With the killer holding vigil at the basement door, the teenagers soon realize they’re trapped, as the only way out is the very same way they got in. As events unfold, questions of their own sanity come to light and reality becomes distorted.

Zombies walk among us in Dead Meat Walking: A Zombie Walk Documentary, dog walker turned documentarian Omar J. Pineda’s spellbinding, visually horrific, and decadently delightful documentary that follows the growing international phenomenon known as the “zombie walk.” Pineda uncovers its origins — from the first “official” zombie walk (with a mere six participants), to walks attracting more than 15,000 undead zealots, made up to look their worst.
Hooray!
Anyone saw The Basement and can tell something about it? There's not a single review on IMDB and not even enough (I think you need five) votes to generate a user score.
I think I'm actually going to buy The Basement (which would be my first movie purchase here). Sounds like something my GF might enjoy.

Incidentally she also participated in two zombie walks. For some reason that lowers my interest in Dead Meat Walking.
Good releases.
I'm thinking about the basement, guess it hasn't had much exposure out there going by the IMDB page
www.imdb.com/title/tt1954886

Well I have another day to think about it. I also want to buy that Transistor game on steam while it is on special (unless GOG have it coming soon, doubt it). With $21 left on the credit card I'm trying to be frugal until I get paid later in the week.

Quick favour GOG don't release any good 1 day game or movie specials in the new 3 days thanks, or I may be in much inner turmoil :)
