I have a problem with the Mount and Blade free base game, many hours ago I have done the request and it's said that they will send me an e-mail, but until then nothing. I don't know if I have done something in the wrong way or it's just normal, I hope someone can help me with this

It is a common problem at the moment, so the first thing to do is check your library, because it might be that the game got added but that you did not receive the email. If not, either wait a bit more or contact support.
