WTF?? None of that makes any sense. Scamp tokens? More importantly posters that don't belong in any Elder scroll games... (Which is pretty much all it was)

Yep PES is dead, been like that for a little while now. With the old excellent ElricM's also gone that leaves a big hole in terms of places to get mods from.
Morrowind Modding History, Great House Fliggarty and the Nexus are pretty much the only place to get mods now, and they don't have all the latest versions etc. A bit of a sad time for those coming back into modding Morrowind.
I'm starting a new build based on MGE XE, and luckily i have hundreds of mods all ready downloaded but trying to find specific ones is hard, especially in recomended mod list, like those found here:
http://forums.bethsoft.com/topic/1305729-mod-recommendations-for-new-players/
As most of those links go to the now defunct PES.

Children from Children of Morrowind can't be killed, but in a "lore-friendly" way. The mod creator said that she didn't want to create a child-killer mod, so she made up a lore-friendly way to make them unkillable: Every kid was given a "recall" amulett by their parents, which they use immediately if someone attacks them.
Well... Julan is full of drama, but in a good way. He really is very well written. For me he was the first companion who actually felt like a "friend", instead of a "random guy who just follows me around". He gives a very interesting new perspective of the main quest (the main quest itself is left untouched, but he expands it. Sometimes you won't be able to progress in the main quest, because Julan's quest must be done first (less annoying than it sounds :)).
His good behaviour is not granted tho :P He can and will get drunk, disagree with you a lot, he will hate your guts when you reach a certain point in the main quest etc. But IMO its his flaws that make him feel an actual "alive" character. I can only recommend him :)

@ThorChild: Yep, and MMH is hosted by Fliggerty, too, so GHF and MMH might as well be considered one source (which if they were to go down would leave only the Nexus in terms of major hosts).
I've been wondering about MGE XE and whether it's worth upgrading... ? Hrnchamd created the MCP and seems to know what he's doing (savegame corruption fix ftw!), so I suppose I should get with the times and update to his version of MGE. ;)

If you not only want to expand Morrowind, but to experience a different story in a different world using the same engine, you might also try the total conversion Arktwend

I would recommend a dark brotherhood attack delayer, like this one. Not exactly additional content, but it delays the DB attack from Mournhold until you've done one of several things. This A) means you're probably high enough level to survive Mournhold and the DB attack, B) means the equipment they drop isn't so absurdly good for your level and C) avoids the issue of why assassins were sent against a random prisoner who just stepped off a ship.

Not sure why that page is up, but the site is dead. Try clicking the mod links.
