cogadh: You can find statements about publisher's attitudes towards DRM, especially in relation to new games, all over the internet. You really don't need the GOG guys to come here and tell you they want DRM on all their new games, due to the mistaken impression that it prevents (at the very least) "day one" piracy.
It doesn't have to be brand spanking new but if they put up games that were like 3-4 years old, it would be frickin' wicked.
I mean, Crysis was released in 2007 for fecks sake and most games released in 2008-2009 goes for about 10 $ today. With the prices of aging titles sinking that fast, it might not be that impossible to convince'em to put em up on gog.com
