Yeah, even I looked twice at the headline. The soon to be updated mobile edition is going for pennies, but I think only for a day. A big plus for the game is the fact that it doesn't need questionable permissions to run, making the game stress free to run.

If you aren't sold on the idea, even at this price (you cheap bas-) the demo is available to DL at your whim.

I've had the game for awhile, building my very own castle and recommend it for long journeys or GoG people who want a mobile game with some real depth. You don't need a new device to run it, since it has a low GFX option and runs acceptably well on my nephews HTC wildfire S. I myself have a desire s (rooted and flashed) and run it at full whack without any problems.

I've tried the demo, and I flat-out refuse to control Minecraft with touchscreen controls. Maybe when more cell phone manufacturers look to the XPeria Play for inspiration, mobile gaming will become worthwhile overall, but touchscreen only is too limited an interface.

Welp, guess that's the end of that.
Neat, thanks for the tip!
I got that, Soundhound, and Swiftkey. Awesome 30 cents spent.
