Haha, wow, better late than never I guess for those who would be interested. Personally, I never gave a damn about trophies/cheevos. I think they can be used to enhance the end user experience and promote alternate playstyles (Starcraft II features the best use of achievements, IMHO). Alas, I've instead seen them used for literally just pressing START to immersion-breaking advertisements.

Of course, this is a topic for a whole different thread.

If they're like they were in the MGS HD Collection though they're just great. There's one called Snake Beater for instance with the description 'Get caught by Otacon stimulating yourself.' It'll give me a reason to go through MGS4 again anyhow.

Hah, that after I get rid of the game.... To get a third copy of MGS3.

Yeah, changed it for MGS HD collection. I REGRET NOTHING. Because MGS3 is better.

And Peace Walkeri s more awesome than I expected.
