This just has to be tongue-in-cheek. I can imagine programmers writing the exception handler for logging out and failing a resist temptation roll.

It might be tongue-in-cheek, but it's more likely a generated error response. Something like makeErrorBox("You need to be " + requirement " in order to " + action ");.

It's still funny, though.
