I don't like the Bruce Wills look. And somehow I got the feeling the game takes itself too seriously.

meudoland: NO REMEDY NO MAX PAYNE.
agree
It looked better then i feared actually, Problem is the trailer tried hard to win over the fans and left out the fact that it is cover based and a lot brighter then the previous ones were.
The only good thing in this trailer is the music.... copy&pasted from prev parts... great. ;> Remedy never should give the rights for this title.
Sweet! I was actually just thinking about this series, and listening to some of the surprisingly original and epic music:

This is just teaser stuff... so I'm not ready to judge. I loved Max Payne and MP2, and I am usually more favorable to Rockstar than not.

I still need to see more stuff though.

I've yet to play a Rockstar game I dislike (although I have played very few of them :3), but I really despise the company's whole personality.
I'll also admit it looks better than I thought it would. But...I like my Max Payne with a permanent sneer...less cheese puffs.

Not sensing the neo-noir anymore. Just sap tries to make sense of his rotten life.
They actually added the classic Max Payne tune to the trailer with the sunny exteriors and environments. Ugh... I don't know what to think, maybe just wait it out and check player feedback. Stance now is most probably not getting. But it's seems like they got the same voiceactor, good.
For those who fear it might be an open sandbox, Rockstar confirmed it won't.

I'm not a fanboy of Midnight Club. It's okay, but ultimately it doesn't really resonate with me.

I love all the GTAs, Red Dead, and I think I'll really like LA Noir when I get around to buying it.

One great unsung hero of the Rockstar catalog, however, is Rockstar's Table Tennis.

Seriously, you have no idea how amazing a ping pong game can be until you've played this game... and you can grab an Xbox 360 copy used at almost any Gamestop for less than $4.
It's not going to be great in the way Max Payne 1 and 2 was. This looks more like a linear GTA with the Max Payne character, except that the Max Payne character now has a different personality.

All things are ruined eventually.
