Hello I recently tried to buy a game using mastercard the game was balders gate 2 the order didn't go through so i tried again s i called it quits. a moment latter i gt a call from my bank saying i had been charged 20 bucks. I was confused i didn't even fully buy the game what was going on?
basically i got charged for balders gate 2 twice and didn't get the game
sorry if any Os are missing my keypad is a tad off

First check if money was refunded.

If not, contact support:

I have contacted them just wanted to know if this was a known issue
and know i wasn't refunded for all that i know

Not that I know about it. I didn't have any issues with my Master Card. Do you have some kind of net baking to be sure it wasn't?
It may take up to 48h for support to respond, but if it wasn't refunded, I'm sure they'll take care of it.

I think I've read about some mixups as a result of certain US banks blacklisting GOG for having been incorporated in Cyprus or such. You should probably wait for support and keep checking whether you've been refunded by your bank to see exactly what's going on. I've personally never had problems with payments here at all.
