Just curious if GOG will eventually snag Mage Knight for us?
There was a Mage Knight PC game? Was it any good?

Average rating (30 reviews) 51%, so probably not the best game ever.

If warez memory serves me without having to scour my backed-up DVDs....

There's a:

Mage Knight
Mage Knight II
Evil Island (which I bought from GamersGate for $10)
and
Mage Knight: Apocalypse (which has some pretty terrible reviews but I'm still somewhat interested)
Wow, I never knew that. I've enjoyed the miniatures game, so I'd be interested in seeing the PC games coming here.

You're pretty much only going to find the first two via Abandoned wares sites.

Evil Dead can be bought currently on GamersGate

and

Apocalypse was on D2D but not very difficult to find some online physical copy stores still stocking it every now and then.

Erm....wait a second - Is Rage of Mages and Mage Knight the same thing? If not then Apocalypse is the only Mage Knight.

Evil Islands is the third entry for Rage of Mages.

There are a few videos on YouTube showing the game play. Yes it was rated about 30-50% but remember...one mans trash is always another mans treasure (ie: Nox)

I've never played Apocalypse but would like to, only because I was a huge fan of the mini's game. At least until it got inundated with FAQs and Ability Replacements.

I agree with the first part, but I don't get the second part. Why Nox?
Nox has an average rating of 81% that's not exactly trash.

No. Rage of Mages is a very popular Russian strategy IP (known as Allods in Russia...yes, the same Allods as Allods Online) that plays closer to "Warcraft as an RPG" than anything I can think of.

I have mage knight apoc on retail. Never got it to work on vista or 7. Just locked up at char creation if i was lucky.
@Smannesman So you are a 100%'er when it comes to ratings? You absolutely think that the opinions of websites and other people are your opinions as well? Sheeple.

I form my own opinions. I bough Nox because of what other people said and I was sorely disappointed. I moved on and followed my own sense of taste since.

Sure I listen to what some reviewers have to say, but I don't think that they're absolute.
