I don't use a Mac, but Scrivener alone is probably worth the price of the bundle for anyone who does a lot of writing. It's a really nice piece of software.

The only really problematic DRM here, AFAIK, are the games which are tied to Steam (and really, was anyone clamouring for Jurassic Park: The Game, one of the most infamous games of the past several years, to be in a MacHeist bundke?). I think most of the apps are either (a) tied to the Mac App Store, which has the least unobtrusive DRM out of all of the "Steam-alikes" (e.g. unlimited downloads from the MAS, on unlimited Macs, with no client, and "phoning home" only on install), or (b) use a simple serial number. Well, there's Scrivener, which I think does online activation just once.
There are some indie devs who use insane DRM on their apps, like Koingo Software, but I don't know of any like that in MH4.
