Damuna: Much of the expanded universe already is really crappy, so that's a bit of a moot point.
The only books I've really been interested in, for the expanded universe, were ones written by Matthew Stover. My god, the man did the impossible and actually made Revenge of the Sith a good book to read.

Timothy Zhan wasn't too bad, but all his books are about 200-300 pages too long.
The only Star Wars books I read were Zahn's original trilogy and I loved them. I was a lot younger then though, so who knows if I would like them now.
Matthew Stover also made Mace Windu into one of the most badass Jedi ever, in a story that's like the Apocalypse Now and Heart of Darkness of Star Wars. Lando gets some special treatment in one of his books too. Really great stuff.

Damuna: And he's the author of Traitor, my favourite EU title.
"No one shall pass!"

If you like that book, I can't recommend his other book, Heroes Die enough.
I assume this DLC will open up the "Mara Jade has sex with Starkiller and gives birth to the Yuzhong Vong invasion force" storyline.

Calibrus: I stopped caring about Han Solo after he let Greedo shoot first in the cantina. Best to just put that wuss out of his misery with a lightsaber.
HAN.
SHOT.
FIRST.

Anything else is just a lie spread by that bearded BASTARD.

I've seriously lost all desire for Star Wars products now after all this milkage, I'm only going to look at SW:TOR because it's made by Bioware. Seriously, Kurtz was right that Lucas needs someone to smack him back down to Earth...

Yep same here aside from Truce at Bakura. I remember that the first one seemed obssessed with quoting the movies constantly and seemed to be badly written as a result, but the second and third were awesome and brilliant from what I remember, so I guess he just had difficulty finding his feet, and he introduced one of the best characters in the EU: Admiral Thrawn!

You should read some of his other books if you haven't already, his Conquerer's Trilogy (I think that's what it was called, been decades since I read them) were really good, one book telling the story of the war from one side and the second from the other.

Rohan15: Seriously, anyone here into that ***** crap?
Well, if you're going to phrase it like that, you're not going to get many responses. Besides, I would never ruin your childhood by revealing my darkest secrets. D:

Anyway...

lotr-sam0711: This is horrible. What makes it even worse is how flippant it is. Like he kills them and just walks off.
Perhaps they should have made Han a boss character?
Well Han is boss and quite the character.
