cuppsy: I'm new here
Hi "cuppsy" ,

So you are new here ! , then welcome !!! (And don't worry , if you have an opinion then you are likely to experience that someone else got another opinion - and sorry I don't have the time and energy to participate in the "whos fault it is discussion")

As I can read from the text next to your Avatar then you are "Already Addicted" so I guess that there is no need for me to recommend "this service" (GOG.com) to you ;-)

Regards

Fiat Lux

P.S.
I have "other matters" to attend to and will probably not have time for much forum participation, if any at all, in a while, so I can not be expected to answer to questions or posts regarding "this".
What this thread needs is more peace, love and psychedelic mushrooms:

nmillar: Sounds like the download got corrupted; have you tried re-downloading it?
Sorry, I wasn't specific enough. My several weeks of reinstalling and getting help included steps like re-downloading the game many times and doing a complete uninstall plus registry wipe of everything Witcher2 before (yet another) reinstall. Nothing worked. That's why I'm pissed off at this point.
