It could've been Train Engineer from 1994... It was a sim with a cockpit view, live (model) video sequences for crashes, and even a track editor. The thing is, the only way to check is to download it, because none of the databases I've searched lists descriptions it. Hell, I've only read about on UG.

Hey everyone thanks for the help, but again. NOT A TRAIN SIM. unnerved was kinda close with sewer shark. but not in a sewer on a train no minigun. Its not a sim its a arcade style game.
