Is this URL safe to use for changing account details? I can't figure out how I got this to pop up but it looks different from the account settings page and picks up my log-in.

It's https thus secure so it's safe. If you're using Chrome there should be a green lock near the URL telling you it's secure.

Oh, it seems to be the exact same interface box that pops up when you go to account settings and change your password/email.
