GameRager: It isn't 50 GB of free space if you've got to pay for an account to use it like it says on it's page.

EDIT: Skydrive sounds like it sucks, as you can only upload files that are 50mb or less each to it...it'd be good maybe for music and pictures and such but nothing big. :\

Wiki: "The service currently offers 25 GB of free personal storage, with individual files limited to 50 MB"

Rohan15: SEE the picture below. AND please actually use the site before you tell me that I'm wrong.
I made a mistake then. I withdraw my statement.

eyeball226: I've not used anything other than dropbox but it's always worked very well for me.

eyeball226: Do any of the others allow sharing folder between accounts (to trade things with friends and so on)?
Yes, Dropbox at least has it (either via a link or properly sharing it into everyone's DropBox) and Mesh does as well, but only to a maximum of 9 people per folder.

No big. =)

KavazovAngel: I'll check out ADrive tomorrow.

Thanks for the fast replies. :)

Rohan15: I'd recommend ADrive over any of the other services. And yes, it IS 50 gigs of space for a free account. I've had mine for about a year now.
I just checked it out and as far as I can tell you don't get the client with the free version. Is that right?

I see no way for a free account to upload from the desktop (which is one of the things that I dislike most about SkyDrive), so I'm going to give it a pass, personally. I may look it up if I ever decide to release a mod or a map or something.

It's been awhile since I've used the client, but I'm almost positive it is only for the 14 days. Which isn't a big deal really, the client is crap in my opinion. Still a great service.

I got the impression from the original post that they want automatic synchronisation rather than just online storage.

If I'm correct in my assumption, dropbox is probably the next best thing even with the size constraints.

It all depends. Size/service. It doesn't matter to me if a client is given, I don't see it a hassle.
