Am I entitled to install on as many as I wish?

As long as I don´t distribute them obviously.
As many as you wish :) The game is yours, no one tells what you can or can't do with it. That's the point of them being DRM-free :)

I have a beowulf cluster of {9001 installations of any given game at any given time}.
Just note that GOG only do personal licenses and not cyber cafe or corporate licenses. Then the answer to your question is also the answer to "how many computers do you have?".
