the email was sent at four in the morning, I didn't request it, but I can still login to my account and the email is the same as it should be. What do I do?

Check if it really comes from GOG, if not, then it's phishing, if yes, someone was trying to reset your password for whatever reasons. Either way I'd simply delete it.

You requested that we change the e-mail address associated with your account, and my colleague changed it and sent you password reset e-mail just in case. He informed you about it, did you not get his e-mail?
Anyway, you are free to disregard it, if you have no problem accessing your account.

It's good that you are conscious enough to be suspicious of such things, I hope you are not displeased anymore :)
