I want to thank everyone for entering who has so far. I've been busy and so haven't been able to reply back.

phandom: Thank you Couchtr26. I'd like to be in for Just Cause 1 + 2.
I don't understand why nobody has entered yet. What you ask is quite simple.
It is generalization of the request, I think. Most like to have a cut and dry do this, do that but the freedom to write anything can be problematic or the lack of it being GOG specific. It could also be the games and judgement criteria. I was half asleep when I wrote it and in rereading may have come off like a bit of an ass.
I'm not in as I already own the Just Cause series. To anybody thinking about entering though, I suggest it! Just Cause 2 alone is worth it, it's like Rambo meets the Batman: Arkham games set in a beautiful giant island, complete with grappling hook!
Okay, I'm in for Just Cause 1-2. This is a little short story I just made as a continuation of Star Fox for the N64, a favorite of mine. ;) You may not understand it, but I tried to sum up the events of the game in the forward, and then I made up a possible scenario for a sequel. Tell me if this doesn't qualify.

STARFOX 64.2

Corneria, fourth planet of the Lylat system. The evil Andross turned this once thriving system into a wasteland of near extinction.
General Pepper of the Cornerian army was successful in exiling this maniacal scientist to the barren, deserted planet Venom.
Five years later, General Pepper noticed strange activity coming from Venom. James McCloud, Pigma Dengar and Peppy Hare of the Star Fox team were sent to investigate. Upon their arrival, Pigma betrayed the team and James and Peppy were captured by Andross.
Peppy barely escaped Venom and returned home to tell James’ son Fox about his father’s fate.
A few years have passed. Andross has again invaded the Lylat system. General Pepper has turned to a new Star Fox team headed by Fox McCloud to save Corneria and free the Lylat system once again.
A few years passed. Andross again invaded the Lylat system. General Pepper turned to a new Star Fox team headed by Fox McCloud to save Corneria and free the Lylat system once again.
The new Star Fox team faced many obstacles and enemies on their way to Venom. But through their teamwork and bravery, they were able to conquer every foe, including the Star Wolf team and Andross’s true form, a monstrous brain.
Celebrations spread throughout the Lylat system, as victory had been achieved. Without the leadership of Andross, Venomians began to scatter and flee from the Lylat system.
But then, to General Pepper’s dismay, the Venom army returned to the Lylat system, having been rallied together by an ex-general of Andross, Guru Kong. Guru Kong’s power and leadership was great, and with his armies he reclaimed Venom, and many of the other former bases of Andross.
During a struggle against Guru Kong’s army, Slippy Toad, a member of the Star Fox team, was captured. General Pepper now advances his own Cornerian fleet against Kong’s space armada, and the rest of the Star Fox team flies to the rescue. . .

Fox zoomed forward in his Arwing, tilting slightly to the left to remain in formation. "Two minutes 'til the jump guys. Report your statuses."
A voice crackled over the speaker in Fox's helmet, and he recognized it's sarcastic tone immediately as Falco. "My status? How do you think I'm doing? You let that stupid fighter shoot directly at my engines! My energy levels are below 75%!"
"What was I supposed to do," replied Fox, "I had another two on my tail!" A mellow toned, yet stern voice met Fox's ears now. "Okay you two, knock it off. Remeber our mission, we need to go find Slip."
'Peppy's right,' thought Fox. He gripped the throttle tighter. 'I can't believe I let Guru get the best of us.' He looked up out of his cockpit at Tornum, the planet where Slippy was taken. 'Don't worry, Slip, we're comin'.'
"Okay," Fox's voice was filled with a new, strong resolve. "It's time to do this, for Slippy!" Fox flipped up the case that covered the warping function on the Arwing's control panel. "Time to jump, now!" With that he pressed down the button and his Arwing went out of sight in a brilliant flash, with two others closly following it.

Well, I'd like to be in. Not too much in the manner of story though! My stories are mostly nostalgia-based and are only fun for the people who were there.

1. I once started playing game boy with my friend Giovani and we got late for school!
2. I once got a free copy of a game on Steam (Vertical Drop Heroes) by searching Twitter for phrases like "who wants a code".
3. I heard my friend Gabriel is the #3 best Guitar Hero player in Brazil!
Great games, but not in. Thanks for the giveaway!
No idea what these are, so not in.

But +1 and a bump.
This needs another bump...
I wanted to thank everyone who entered. I appreciated reading the few stories.

Advancedhero, I appreciated your story set in the Starfox Universe. I liked playing Starfox back on the SNES though unfortunately didn't play much of Starfox64. There is quite a bit of nostalgia there. Remembering Corneria.

plex0m4n, I liked your story of how you were waiting for UT 2k4 and a guy you know had a copy and described it. I especially enjoyed the better than Jesus line. It is just something so unexpected. I would never have even thought of it.
Though I do remember, calling FF 3/6 better than sliced bread. So much faster and better looking.

phandom, that story of Red Alert really reminded me of an experience I had recently. Well 3 years ago, anyway, I played Mount and Blade for the first time and thought this is a good game. I never paid attention to the time and it 3PM when I started and didn't end til 5AM. Fortunately, it was a day off. However, it has been awhile since I have been that enthralled in a game.

Sage103082, I actually had an experience like that with my brother. I was playing Silent Hill at around 2am. I always hated the little kid creatures. Spooked, tense and Silent Hill just gets to me. Anyway, I was playing there late nervous every creek and sound around me making me more tense. Then suddenly I hear, "What are you playing?". Shocked the hell out of me and broke the tension. Brother just entered the living room and didn't hear him.

The winner is...

Advancedhero.

I appreciate everyone's effort but I enjoyed the read and being reminded of a series I haven't thought of in awhile.

I want to thank everyone again for entering and enjoy your efforts. I hope to be hosting another giveaway before too very long.

Thank you for your boundless generosity! I'm glad you liked that story! I also played SNES Starfox, Corneria has one of the best songs ever! :D
Congrats Advancedhero, your story really brought back some nostalgia , even though SNES connects me to so many great memories (SMB, SSF, FF,DK,..) Starfox has a unique place in my heart. Thx for the reminder.

Thank you Couchtr26 for the great GA, and all the other contesants for their stories.
