It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Title speaks for itself really. The e-mail address I signed up to this website with is now infested with viruses and is now blocked. If there is any way I can change it, please feel free to let me know. Thanks!

I've tried that already, and every time I leave the page, it switches right back to my original e-mail.
If everything else fails, contact support.

Did you press the "Login to unlock" button in the top right corner of the settings page before making the changes and did you make sure to press "Save Changes" before leaving the page? (Just to play it safe.)

Good point. I haven't tried that yet. I'll try that and then post back and see how it goes.
Nope, it doesn't work. I enter my new e-mail address, I make sure to press "Save Changes" and if I refresh the page or leave it, it automatically reverts back to my original e-mail!

Please try using a different browser to change the address. I can't recall, off the top of my head, why this kind of glitch happened (last time I encountered it was months ago), and it may just have been a trivial case of having to clear the browser;s cache, but just using a different browser is almost sure to work.
If that doesn't work, please drop me a PM - I can do this manually in our backend, but I would need some purchase information. Procedures and all that.
Okay. I'm just busy packing since I'm leaving today for about a week, but after I arrive there, I'll try it with Internet Explorer or Google Chrome instead and see if that works.
