Ehi guys, just joined today and i was wondering if this amazing place was available for europe too? Can i buy something in euros?
It is available worldwide and you actually pay in your local equivalent of $6 or $10, be it Euros or whatever.

The prices are the same for everyone everywere.
For a game that costs $5.99, you would pay the equivalent amount in Euros, going by the current exchange rate.

At the moment, google tells me $5.99 is equal to €4.46, so that's what you'd pay.
I would, by comparison, pay 40.92 SEK.

Yeah yeah, that's what I said at first too, but after awhile you kinda get used to buying something from GoG every Friday for like 10-20€ in the weekend promos. It becomes an integral part of your life, like breathing and shitting. You don't even think about it that much anymore, you just do it instinctively.

Nope, GOG doesn't acknowledge the existence of Europe because seriously, why should they? They only serve the United States and its various territories. Please keep your fictitious currency in your fictitious European bank.

Yeah I think it's because certain other direct delivery sites get accused of inflating the price of the titles they sell in euros, when the exchange rate to their prices in dollars is taken into consideration - this way GOG can assure everyone that prices are consistent across the board
They also have a policy of offering their catalogue globally rather than 'region locking' some territories out!
Makes me wonder what would happen, though, if something ever happened to the states to make the dollar significantly weaker against the euro/pound/yen/whatever...
