Thanks for the advice about checking email code compared to one on site, it was cut off before the last few. Hopefully that takes care of my issues. Glad it sounds like they have it working for stuff you buy now according to other posters. Just glad I got to the email before emptying my trash.

The full code is also actually in the html source as data-giftcode on the item-row div for the gift code. If someone has time they code make a user script to correct this.

Sorry, I should have made clear that the broken codes were games purchased after the site update. The ones purchased before worked fine.

This is the solution. Well, I'm sure the codes in the emails work too, but I tend to delete those pretty quickly. I was able to extract the code from the page and test it, and it does show the game available for redemption.

Thank you samlii, and everyone else who posted solutions. I can use these workarounds to get at my codes until GOG fixes it proper.

Great, I added the references to the bug list compiled in the wiki.

I believe the codes are correct now, as I just checked my gift list and the keys are four blocks of five characters, totaling 20. When I look at the page source they are the same length as the hidden code fields, which are what I used successfully before when the displayed codes were incomplete.

There certainly was some problem as I had the same with The Witcher 3. I accidentally gifted it to myself :P (checked the gift) and it was saying invalid code until now. Now it redeemed. I'm still waiting for my giftable NWN key though ;).
