They've made everything free now. It hasn't even been that long since they started charging for content in the first place! They also mention that soon they'll be posting "a very special video". This leads me to believe that it isn't going as well as planned, and they're shutting down soon.

I liked Legend and that puzzle game with the rocks going to the middle. I don't think that they're going under, I just don't think they've gotten the word out as much as needed.

Fallen Empire: Legions looks nice. Kind of like Tribes, minus the spinfusors. Not a coincidence, though.

Yeah, it's a bit sad.
Tribes was so fun back in the day, you would think a new tribes type of game would be a hit, but I guess because it's browser based and doesn't have OMG SUPER hiGH END graphiks that people aren't interested in it now, a shame.
I hope if it does go under that the people find some good jobs afterwards, I'd love to see a new tribes game on a full scale.
