I'm looking for Russian/Soviet-sourced information on the capabilities of their space tracking systems from 1960-1969.

Yes, it's kind of Moon Landing Hoax related, so don't roll your eyes at me!

Everything I can find online is kinda circular - dates certain systems were built, and where, and when they became operational, but nothing about their capabilities and limitations.

This is for me, really. I know they're a bunch of idiots, and can argue most of the technology and science with them, but this is one area I know little of, and I was ever curious ^_^
