I think this is going to be the first Indie Gala I skip. The games feel really underwhelming when $5 can be used to buy something much better at the Steam sale.

For me the first Gala I skipped was the one before this one because I owned most of the games. This one actually launched yesterday and I bought it because the average was $3.99 and I wanted more games for my phone. It surprises me that it is already more than $5 now.

Also bought it to get some more android game for my portable device, mostly Wasted Lands. There is also a pc version, which is unfortunately not included. Would be great if they could add this too. If you're not interested in the android games it's really not very tempting.

Is anyone else having problems with Xelorians? Whenever I try to start a level, it just jumps back out into the main menu :-/

Yeah, I wish they'd add the PC version of Wasted Land...

They were showing so much promise before... 5 had quite a few DRM-free games.

True, I just feel weird buying things twice for multiple formats. Guess the HIB has spoiled me. :P

This. It feels like they're pandering to the fanatic "Steam or no sale" crowd. Steam keys are a good thing, as long as they remain optional as with the HIB.

Still, the price is still good compared to Steam's own prices.
