Stairs, because we don't have an elevator. It's a four story building and I'm on the fourth one.

I do take the elevator when there is one, though the amount of waiting for it to pick me up compared to how many stories I have to go up do factor in.

Stairs almost always. I've had enough concussions that elevators give me light vertigo a lot of the time. It's usually up to the kids though.
