I was given IceWind Dale 2 for Christmas, and it was working fine for a while.

Picked it back up today and started playing, some of the sounds were extremely quiet, or inaudible. Sounds such as footsteps, voices, button clicking, etc.

I need help! :/

Also, I can't post in your support section, because the game was bought under a different account.

I looked at the options menu in-game, I looked through the config..
Maybe I should look through the config again.

I had a similar problem with another game and it turned out that my speakers were inexplicably reconfigured in Windows for a different number than I actually had. But I doubt that Icewind Dale has surround sound somehow. So that's probably not a lot of help.
