I think I am having problems contacting GOG for help with a game problem. I wne to the support section and filled out the form with my problem and was told my problem would be posted on "my account" within five minutes. That was over over a week ago. In addition I have written two letters to GOG to help me get in contact. These letters were never put on "my account" and I never received a reply. What am I doing wrong?

The "my account" thing is from an older version of the site. If you did the ticket, they have your message.

Beyond that, GoG kind of has notoriously slow customer service, so best bet is to wait. But if it isn't a payment or serial issue, you might want to try asking for help in the appropriate forum (the game's forum). The users here are pretty good at debugging crap.
