Reading TTLG is an interesting thing. It's the only forum that I've only ever lurked. While reading the thread regarding Thief's source code, I came across this post. In true TTLG fashion, they dismiss the guy for attempting to achieve the greater good by suggesting GOG.

WILL EIDOS BE ON GOG?

FILM AT 11.
Fighting the frizzies, at eleven.
I hope they do

GoG NEEDS Deus ex and the thief series
I really hope so. Back before the whole Squenix thing happened I was expecting to Eidos start selling their games here sometime in 2009. Well, we'll see what happens. Eidos really have a great catalogue so I'm still holding thumbs.

Some promise. But Eidos davs and Squee suits are still very different beasts.
If the Squeenix monkeys wanted to sponge 10 years from the Dues Ex franchise, wouldn't it be a good idea to start by selling the originals here?
Hyperbole Machine sounds like an awesome game. You're in charge of a news room during a slow news week and have to find a way to beat up the lamest or most obvious news stories into some vast ratings grabbing frenzy of misdirection and lies

"Are video games turning your kids into suicide bombing TERRORISTS? A story no parent can afford to miss!"

GameRager: Hey chuck, is it true that all liberals are the spawn of captain planet and a retarded resis monkey? More at 11.
Strangely, I never could develop a market for my chopped-up monkey candy, 'Rhesus Pieces'.
