Ok, here's the thing. I have Windows 7 and a VGA plasma screen with 1400x1050 resolution. Most of the games here were made not for resolutions over 1280x1024 (that means not over 15-17 inches screens). So, how can I set these games to run in windowed mode so I could solve that problem? Because their resolution sucks. Or is there another solution? Please let me know if you can.

i currently have (and play) only:

-Lure of the Temptress
-Beneath a Steel Sky

Easiest way: Alt+Enter, DOSBox supports that.
Harder way: Set a different fullscreen/windowed resolution in dosbox.conf in You games directories.

Both of those games use ScummVM, not DOSBox.

If you don't want to mess around with the ScummVM configuration file (I don't know what it's called), then just download the latest version of ScummVM and run the games through that. You can configure everything from in there. You could also look at some of the scaling options, to make the games look better in full screen mode.

Pretty sure Alt+Enter works for ScummVM too, so your advice was useful!
