For the 2nd time I've seen one of my reviews disappear. I thought maybe low ratings would eventually delete a review (and prevent from writing another one, which sort of makes sense I guess) but that can't be it, as there are a lot of reviews with very low rating. So, what gives ?

edit : my bad, the most recent simply had moved to page 2. the other one though seems to have vanished.

Downvoted reviews can be reported as spam in a similar fashion to comments in the wishlist and forums. My guess is that someone either abused the reporting system or assumed it was written by a troll. In any case, the Trails review voices a legitimate point for those considering the game.

I would ask support. AFAIK there is no automated system (not even here in the forums) to delete stuff. Every single spam thread is tenderly removed manually. Maybe you crossed a line you didn't know about (then I would like to know, too).

I admit I didn't consider the spam option, because I don't write 2 lines fake reviews just to bash games so I never thought someone would use it. And even then, I assume spam reports are indeed manually deleted by the staff so a legitimate review wouldn't get buried just because someone didn't like it. The removed review was for the game Shelter, which was barely a game to begin with, but had a very interesting concept which the various bugs I encountered made it a completely unmeaningful experience. I merely explained some of them and how it ruined the game for me. Cannot imagine the staff would consider that an indesirable review.
