Check your adblock filters. The add to wishlist is a social button, and your adblock is set too aggressively.

It is the last graphic button under option BUY and BUY SERIES. I discovered it only recently; its social feature design made it nearly invisible.

Yep. I had a hard time finding it as well. But it is there (unless it is filtered by settings of people who don't want to be bothered by social features).
