Don't see the product keys in the library ?

Most games don't use product keys, and for the few that do, most of those should have it in the library. Since you didn't say anything about which titles you're missing a key for, I have no way of knowing which category your game(s) fit in.

If there is no product key in the library, and the title needs one, you have to submit a key request to Support.

For which Game ? For some Keys you have to contact Support

My Ice Wind Dale EE but is it not the law that each item has a product key? to prevent them from just copying 1 game and selling it to thousands? np thx for replying how I can find it I am trying to activate it on steam

If the game has no product key, the multiplayer is probably playable without it, and the only way to activate it on Steam is through "3rd party activation" (or whatever its called) but no achievement and whatsoever.

edit: Btw the Game has no product key because its DRM free

No, there is no such law. Product keys are only provided if the game itself requires one, which almost exclusively means "the multiplayer was coded to require unique keys". Icewind Dale: EE is not such a game; it would have had a key generated automatically if it were (it was added well after GOG started auto-generating keys). You can't. GOG does not sell Steam keys, they sell standalone, DRM-free versions. If you want it on Steam, you'll need to buy it elsewhere (say, on Steam itself).

If this is a dealbreaker for you, you can request a refund as long as you haven't tried to download the game. Use this form for that.

well my whole reason for doing this is so I can see if their was a patch added that I can get because seems like their are numerous bugs in the game. As a sorcerer/mage some spells don't work.

You mean whether the GOG version had some more fixes than the Steam version? I can safely say that the probability of that is essentially 0. Even if it were the case, it would be a better idea to ask on the forum first.

I do not immediately see any threads which seem to match your issue, meaning it may not be a bug at all. However, I have not played the game, so I can't say.

There's a thread on the Steam forums which may be related to what you're seeing; if so, it seems to be an intentional part of the game.

Or did you mean that the Steam version might have had bug fixes that the GOG version didn't, so you wanted to try the Steam version instead? I would expect a lot of complaining here if that were the case, and I haven't noticed anything of that sort.

goto "games" then "activate a non-steam game to my library" in the steam client and you can play if from steam. its still not s steam game though. GOG does not sell steam keys, or DRM'd games (hence no need for a key in singleplayer).
