I suspect that something went wrong when finalising the transaction. That would happen, f.i.; if the payment didn't register correctly. Errors happen.
Support will have to retrieve the payment/ understand what happened, then add the game to your account.
Since it is a pre_order, you're able to request a cancellation of the purchase while the game isn't released. If you plan to do so, make a formal refund request to support and, should the game appear in-between in your account, do not download anything
olisente: Thank you very much. I have not face a previously with buying games. Buying paper templates is easier. Buying on GOG usually id a straightforward process , less cumbersome than on Steam.
Given the situation, it is however very much possible that Western banks / financial processors have implemented additional checks / approval sequences to payments originating from the Russian Federation.
