I suspect that something went wrong when finalising the transaction. That would happen, f.i.; if the payment didn't register correctly. Errors happen.

Support will have to retrieve the payment/ understand what happened, then add the game to your account.

Since it is a pre_order, you're able to request a cancellation of the purchase while the game isn't released. If you plan to do so, make a formal refund request to support and, should the game appear in-between in your account, do not download anything

olisente: Thank you very much. I have not face a previously with buying games. Buying paper templates is easier.
Buying on GOG usually id a straightforward process , less cumbersome than on Steam.
Given the situation, it is however very much possible that Western banks / financial processors have implemented additional checks / approval sequences to payments originating from the Russian Federation.

No friend. You offended nobody. Sorry if your first purchase on GOG wasn't the smoothest.

If you have both Witchers, it becomes €12.

Naw, people here (including myself) can be a little touchy when it comes to GOG criticism, I think.

Honestly posting your complaint on the GOG forum was probably the right thing to do, assuming you waited at least a few days to see if Support would get back to you.

Glad it got solved.
