Can't believe nobody's mentioned this yet. A drinking game that works beautifly with any Stephen King movie.
Watch MST's Outlaw Of Gor and play the Cabot drinking game.

Not a horror movie but certainly a horror of a movie. And don't drink shots, you will lose a week of your life. Stick to beer.
How about in a moment of silence in the movie, smack a table loud. Whoever jumps up scared has to chug a beer.
If You want to drop dead drunk quick, try drinking whenever You see a cliche. ;D

GorgorothX: So I'm thinking of having a Halloween party, more like a "get together" with a few friends and a few good horror movies. To make things interesting I want to play a drinking game that coincides with a movie, like for example: every time a character dies take a drink, etc... So far I'm stumped for ideas. I'd like to do something funny and something that can get everyone uber hammered. Any suggestions, GOG?
Don't know, but I might suggest a movie, April Fool's Day, http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0090655/

That's a great movie. A little dated, but very good.

On the subject of horror movie drinking game rules, drink whenever:
1. A mysterious shadow moves across the background.
2. A character backs away from safety into danger.
3. A girl walks around in her underwear for no apparent reason.
4. Anyone has sex.
5. Someone goes alone to check what that noise/light/shadow was.

A few more:
6. When a scene builds up suspence for the monster/villain to leap out of the shadows.
7. When the token minority is killed.
8. When the monster/villain has some kind of nonsensical weakness that leads it his/her/its downfall (e.g. Water, light, milk, the power of love, you get the idea).
9. When the monster/villain isn't quite defeated, so as to leave room for a sequel.
10. When the lead female character acts like a useless moron.
