What hidden gems should GOG be getting? This isn't a wish list per se. We all would likely want to see Diablo 3 and Skyrim here DRM-Free (and I'm not considering System shock a hidden gem as its quite... UN-hidden :p ). I'm talking about the games that are hard to find and many folks don't know much about them. The true hidden gems of the gaming world.

Off the top of my head...

Blackstone Chronicles
Temujin
X-files: the Game (the adventure game with the actual actors).
Drakan
Nosferatu
Re-Volt
Devil Inside
Obscure
Gun
Call of Cthulhu
Bad Mojo

In your opinion, what games does GOG need to keep it a unique distribution platform? (I think Gun, from my list is available via other distributors... it just seemed to disappear quickly after release).

GOG used to have ObsCure, but had to take it down.

Whaaaaat? Why was it removed?
All I want is Blade Runner.

I shall die happy when that happens.

No clue other than probably some contractual reason..

There is another game I'm thinking of. Just had a failed kickstarter page and its name is escaping me. There were 3 detective adventure games in the series. I don't believe it was released in the US. Not a very successful game, but many adventure gamers would find it somewhat enjoyable if given the chance. Will post again when I find it, but I bet some others hear will know already.
Just so you know, there is already a 8 page thread dedicated to this

Not sure how that title would come up in a search function, but if you do a forum search on "hidden gems" I get months of gog promos and no user discussions. But, thanks for the link.

No problem, you are welcome

These kind of threads can have different titles and stuff, so that's understandable how people can miss it, even if they search for it

This game kicked some serious ass.

I can't find it ANYWHERE. Lucky for me, I own it! :p (but would love a single installer GOG to protect the many discs this game plays on). 7+ last I remember.

Very frustrating at times to play as it can be unforgiving... but its Mulder and Scully before all the nonsense at the end of the series ;)

LOL, NVM, its relatively cheap at Amazon, considering. http://www.amazon.com/The-X-Files-Game-Mac/dp/B00000DMAN?tag=duckduckgo-d-20

... so, I can't find it distributed anywhere ;)

I once borrowed it from my neighbor.

The family moved away and months later I realize I still have it.
They moved to another country and I have no idea what his new address is...
