But I'd love if I could please get a response on my service ticket that I sent in a few days ago? I ordered Freespace 2 for a friend and she has neither received a confirmation for it, nor the confirmation for her account, and I've managed to have been billed for the game but haven't had any confirmation on my end. I'm sorry to have to bring this out to the public eye, but I'd really like to have this solved - I'm trying to get a friend into all the really cool games of the 90s and early 2000s. :)
