So there was a digital distribution service for games that launched recently (i think) and I can't remember what it was called. Think it began with O, but other than nothing? Anyone got any suggestions of what it might be?

Can't think of anything with O. More recent ones are Get Games, Green Man Gaming and Beamdog.

Though - that's not so much digital distribution, since the game is never distributed, just runs on an internet server someplace. But yeah, Onlive is probably what he's thinking of.

OnLive seems to be the most likely, but it could be Desura (D does look kind of like O) ...

Nah, wasn't OnLive. Don't rate that service as viable at all at the moment.
