No (simple) official way, I believe, but the inofficial GOGWiki has them for most, maybe all, installers.

Hmmm i could run MD5 on all my files and return the result, although i've re-compressed the zips so only the exe's would be valid...

Actually there's cases where the zips are corrupted as the CRC checks fail (but the files themselves seem okay).

But yeah if there's already a source or wiki with it, check there first...
I think someone set up a spreadsheet with the file hashes at Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive, but I don't remember who it was and I don't have a bookmark.
