GameRager: Baroque for Wii....such an odd game to figure out what to do that I gave up on it.....like I dunno if the guy i'm playing is asleep or dead or what, and half the characters make no sense.
Baroque is a console Roguelike. It is a BIZARRE console Roguelike.
I would really like to like it, but it makes me sick. As in "nauseous and feeling like puking" sick, which is a shame because before it started doing that, I was enjoying it.

Give it another chance, interact with everything, and go with the flow of the game. While it is not for everyone, it is something pretty unique.
This wasn't really hard at all, but I really dislike fighting enemies that can't be killed - the guys near the end of Dead Space 2. And also, I didn't really spend much time on them; perhaps they can be killed. But I was so close to the end of the game that I ended up just running through everything, which seemed kind of like what the developers wanted you to do...

GameRager: Unique does not make something good. ;) Heck a toilet filled to the brim with green shite is unique....doesn't make me wanna use it though.

I "died" once in the game and some cutscene happened with the guy i'm playing in a tube and some doctors and etc etc .....I just couldn't "get" it I guess so it turned me off hard.
Yeah, that is one of the strangest mechanics in the game. In a roguelike one would expect to just get a game over when dying and try again, not in Baroque. That being said, from what I've read and seen (and played a bit before it made me feel sick), the stuff with the main being in a tube does get explained.

. The plot does not advance until you die in certain conditions. You are supposed to send back stuff to the surface that will be able to help you in your next journey through the tower.
It IS possible to go to the bottom of the tower the first time, but it is pretty hard.
