I was just checking this piece of ancient Brazillian history over youtube when I found out this game is actually freeware now.

I've never heard of this. From the look of it, it seems to be a build engine game? In the video, he seems to be playing with keyboard only. Is there a mouse control option too?

It's not build engine. Just similar. In fact, from the video, it appears that there's no ambient light variation at all, a similar characteristic shared with it's sister game Alien Anarchy (Incidente em Varginha) and a one that puzzle me.

The download page states that if you hit F4 when in game, the game will switch to wasd + mouse controls.
