No official word on it from GOG, but judging from http://www.gog.com/en/wanted, 2533 users have requested it.

It's a LucasArts game, so abandon all thy hopes about its release here on GOG....

While it's not the same thing as saying that it will be coming to GOG, they recently acknowledged the absence of Sam & Max in a recent interview. So while it's unlikely that we'll see LucasArts any time in the near future (let alone EA), who knows what's in the works?

Why? The only real boundary is DRM and they haven't been as crazy about that as Ubisoft... who are on GOG.

LucasArts has been using Steam for over a year to release their back catalog. As to whether they sign a deal with GOG or not is anyone's guess.

Precisely. While I'm not saying it's going to happen for sure. I see no reason to say it definitely won't either.
